Emerald Isle

A few weekends back we headed to Emerald Isle for the weekend with Thomas and Gina.  Fall at the beach is unbelievable- I had never been this time of year, and it was stunning.  There was hardly a soul there, and I fell in love with North Carolina all over again.  It was such a relaxing weekend, and I cannot wait to go back.  Here are a few photos from our little weekend getaway:)

 We went out to 'The Point' one night to watch the sunset- It was so beautiful, and so cool to be almost completely surrounded by water.  It was a dream.  Here's a map that gives you an idea of where we were. ( and here)
